Concrete RV Pads
Every site is a cement pad. Easier leveling, less mud, cleaner shoes, cleaner rig. Two sites are uncovered; they still sit on concrete.
Gated Property
The entrance is gated. It is a small park, and the gate is part of keeping it that way — quieter, more private, and harder for random traffic to roll through.
Laundry Facility
Two washers and two dryers in a cedar-paneled room with air conditioning. Clean machines after you use them. No pets and no smoking.
Daily living
UtilitiesConfirmed per site when you inquire. We do not list amps or internet unless management has entered them.
ParkingUp to two vehicles per lot. Registered and running. Extra parking may be required for a second vehicle.
Property maintenanceThe park maintains the grounds. Lot landscaping cannot interfere with that work.
PetsTwo friendly pets. Leash required. No aggressive breeds. Not left outside unattended.
