Living in an RV does not mean giving up visits from family and friends. Parents come to see grandchildren, friends drop by for dinner, and partners visit on weekends. Monthly RV parks welcome visitors, but they also have guest policies that protect residents and keep the community stable.

Why Parks Have Guest Policies

Guest policies exist for good reasons:

• Safety: Residents are screened; long-staying visitors are not.
• Occupancy limits: Sites, hookups, and septic systems are designed for a certain number of people.
• Fairness: Everyone follows the same rules about who lives on site.
• Community: Residents know who their neighbors are.

Occupancy Limits

At Magnolia’s Finest, each site is limited to two people, two pets, and two registered, running vehicles. These limits apply to residents. Guests are visitors, not additional residents.

How Long Can Guests Stay?

At our park, unregistered guests may stay no more than five consecutive days. Longer stays require the person to go through the proper process. This protects the park’s screening standards and keeps occupancy within limits.

If someone plans to live with you, they should apply and be approved, not simply move in as a guest.

No Subletting

Subletting your site or RV to someone else is not allowed at our park. Your site is for you and approved occupants only. Letting someone else stay while you are away can create safety and liability issues.

Registering Guests

Some parks ask residents to let management know about guests, especially overnight visitors. Even when not required, a quick text is courteous. At our park, you can reach us at (281) 205-1959; text is preferred.

Guest Parking

Parking is limited at small parks. At Magnolia’s Finest:

• Each site may have up to two registered, running vehicles
• No parking on the grass
• No parking in empty lots

Guests must follow the same rules as residents, including:

• Quiet hours from 8 pm to 8 am
• The 10 mph speed limit
• No driving on the grass

• No smoking or pets in the laundry room

If a friend wants to bring their own RV, that is a different situation. At Magnolia’s Finest, the park is long-term only, and we do not accept overnight guests. Every RV on site must be approved. RVs arriving for move-in must arrive before 6 pm.

• Keep gatherings small
• Serve simple meals
