Background Check Readiness

Many long-term parks run background checks. At our park, the background check costs $49 and is completed through our screening partner; files are not stored on our website. Convicted felons are not permitted.

Parks usually want information about your RV:

Many long-term parks have RV standards. At our park, RVs must be fully self-contained, in good condition, and 15 years or newer. Have current photos ready, since they help management see the condition of your rig.

At our park, each site allows up to two vehicles, and they must be registered and running.

At our park, the security deposit is $125. It may be refunded if there is no damage and at least seven days’ notice is given; refunds are sent by Zelle or card reversal, typically within five to seven business days, and should be requested within seven days of leaving. For rent, Zelle is preferred, and cash, check, money order, and card are accepted, with possible card fees.

Read the Rules First

Before applying, read the park rules carefully. Make sure you can follow them comfortably. At our park, key rules include quiet hours from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m., a 10 mph speed limit, no driving on the grass, no items stored on or under the site, no window AC units or space heaters, and no tarps or covers on RVs.
