At our park, the park handles lawn care. That means residents do not need to mow or maintain the grass around their sites. This keeps the grounds consistent and well-kept across the entire park.

Because the park mows and maintains the grounds, keeping your site clear is essential. Items left on the grass make lawn care difficult and can be damaged by mowers.

Keeping Your Site Clear

At our park, items cannot be stored on or under the site. This includes:

• Appliances
• Furniture
• Sheds
• Storage boxes
• Trampolines
• Boats
• Trailers
• Umbrellas
• Clotheslines
• Tents

Stay Off the Grass

Driving and parking on the grass are not allowed at our park. Vehicles should stay on designated areas, and no one should park in empty lots. Driving on grass damages the lawn, creates ruts, and can harm underground utilities.

Why Landscaping Rules Exist

Landscaping rules may seem strict, but they help in several ways:

Before planting anything or digging on your site, ask management. Underground utilities and the park’s septic system could be damaged by digging. In general, assume that planting in the ground is not allowed unless management approves it.

You can still make your RV feel like home within the rules. Focus on the inside of your RV, where you have more freedom to decorate. Keep any exterior touches minimal and ask management before adding anything outside.

Covered Sites and Cement Pads

Our sites are on cement pads, and 8 of our 10 sites are covered. The pads provide a clean, stable surface for your RV and keep things tidy.

Pets and the Lawn

If you have a dog, keep it leashed outside and pick up waste promptly. Pet waste left on the lawn is unsanitary and makes lawn care unpleasant. Dogs are never left outside unattended.

Weather and Yard Safety

Respecting Neighboring Sites

Stay within your own site. Do not place items, walk pets, or park vehicles in neighboring sites or empty lots.
