Fireworks

Fireworks are prohibited at our park. RVs sit close together, and many are near trees and grass. A single stray spark can start a fire that spreads quickly. Fireworks also frighten pets and park animals and disturb neighbors, especially during quiet hours from 8 pm to 8 am. This rule applies on holidays too.

Air Rifles and BB Guns

Air rifles and BB guns are prohibited at our park. In a close community, projectiles can injure people, pets, and park animals, and damage RVs, windows, and vehicles. Even when used carefully, they create risk and anxiety for neighbors.

Space Heaters

Space heaters are prohibited because they can be a fire hazard and can overload electrical systems. Residents should rely on their RV’s built-in furnace for heat.

Window AC Units

Window air conditioning units are not allowed. They can strain electrical systems, create drainage issues, and affect the park’s appearance. Use your RV’s built-in air conditioning system instead.

Foil on Windows

Foil on windows is prohibited. While some people use it to block heat, it affects the park’s appearance. Use proper window treatments such as thermal curtains or shades instead.

Tarps and Covers

Tarps and covers are not allowed. They can blow loose in wind, trap moisture, and look untidy. Maintain your RV through regular inspection and repair instead.

Items Stored On or Under the Site

At our park, nothing may be stored on or under the site. This includes:

• Appliances
• Furniture
• Sheds
• Storage boxes
• Trampolines

Hookup Tampering and Cords From Other Sites

Tampering with hookups and running cords from other sites are prohibited. These actions create electrical hazards, affect other residents, and can damage park infrastructure. If you have a problem with your hookups, contact management.

Vehicle-Related Rules

• No extensive mechanic work on site
• No vehicle washing
• No driving or parking on the grass or in empty lots
• Up to 2 registered, running vehicles per site
• A 10 mph speed limit in the park

Pet-Related Rules

Aggressive breeds are not allowed. Dogs must live primarily inside, be leashed outside, and never be left outside unattended. Pets and smoking are not allowed in the laundry room.

Septic-Safe Products

Our park uses a septic system, so only septic-safe products should be used. Non-septic-safe products can damage the system and affect everyone.

Instead of storing items outside, look at under-bed storage, collapsible bins, and organizers that make the most of interior space.
