Remove Clothes Promptly

What If Someone Leaves Clothes?

If you find a finished load in a machine you need, wait a reasonable time. If the owner does not return, it is generally considered acceptable to move clothes carefully to a clean surface or basket. Handle others’ belongings respectfully.

Clean the Lint Trap

Clean the dryer lint trap before or after every use. A full lint trap slows drying and can be a fire hazard. It only takes a few seconds.

Wipe Up Spills
