How to Prepare Your RV for Texas Summer

August 2, 2026

Magnolia summers are long, humid, and hard on a parked RV. Preparation is boring and it works.

Prefer a covered site if you can

A roof over the pad is the single biggest comfort upgrade we offer. Eight sites have it. Ask for one when you inquire.

Respect the electrical

Do not pull more load than the RV is designed for. Do not borrow power from another pedestal. Window units and space heaters are not allowed on our sites.

Keep the pad clear

Tarps, extra appliances, and clutter trap heat and fail inspection. If it does not fit on the slab, leave it.
