A monthly RV park is housing. Treat it that way. Overnight parks optimize for turnover. Long-term parks have to optimize for the Tuesday afternoon three months from now.
A short list that actually matters
- How many sites? Smaller usually means quieter.
- What is the pad? Concrete beats gravel when it rains.
- Is there a gate, or can anyone roll through?
- Are neighbors screened, or is it first-come?
- Can you do laundry without driving?
- Are the rules written down and enforced?
