A site is not reserved until management approves the application and the $125 deposit is received. Background check: $49. Convicted felons are not accepted. Do not send Social Security numbers or card numbers through this form.

Self-contained only, good condition, 15 years or newer.

4 — Vehicles

Up to two registered, running vehicles.

5 — Pets

Up to two friendly pets. No aggressive breeds.

JPG, PNG, or PDF. 5 MB each. Do not upload IDs, Social Security cards, or bank statements.

8 — Screening, rules, deposit

A $49 background check is required through a third-party vendor. We do not store screening packets here. Convicted felons are not accepted.

If approved, a $125 deposit holds the site. Preferred payment is Zelle. Cash, check, money order, or credit card (card fees may apply) are also accepted.
