Start with Check Availability. If a site may work, management will send the application. A basic background check is required ($49). Convicted felons are not permitted. No exceptions.

Yes. A $125 security deposit is required. It may be refunded at departure if there is no damage and you give at least 7 days’ notice.

All RVs must arrive before 6:00 p.m. so you can set up before dark. Text us when you are on the way.

Each lot is for one RV and a maximum of two people, two pets, and two vehicles.

Quiet hours are 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No loud parties, radios, idling vehicles, or other unnecessary noise.

Preferred payment is Zelle. Cash, check, money order, or credit card (card fees may apply) are also accepted.

Up to two pets are welcome when they are people- and pet-friendly. No aggressive breeds. Dogs must live primarily in the RV, stay leashed, and cannot be left outside unattended. You must pick up after them.

Do not assume power, water, sewer, or internet details from this website. Ask management when you inquire so you get the current arrangement for that site.

Rates are confirmed by management. If a figure is listed on Sites & Rates it came from Park Settings. Otherwise call or text (281) 205-1959.

Yes. Magnolia’s Finest is a long-term RV park. We are not set up as an overnight highway stop. Use Check Availability to tell us when you need a site.

Eight of our ten sites are covered. Two are uncovered. All ten sit on cement pads.

We accept fully self-contained RVs or motorhomes that are in good condition and 15 years or newer. Ask us about your specific length when you check availability — we do not publish a maximum until it is confirmed for that pad.

Yes. The entrance has a security gate.

Extensive mechanic work and vehicle washing are not allowed. Vehicles must be registered and running. Speed limit is 10 MPH. Do not drive on the grass.

Anyone not on file may not stay more than five consecutive days. Subletting is not allowed.
